Banking

Offshore Company Group. will facilitate the opening of a secure online corporate bank account with a reliable bank. You will receive by email or Skype, the online corporate application form PDF for immediate use within a day of your payment. Additionally we send you the URL link to the password-protected BRONZE DIRECTORY folder so you have instant access to prepare and complete the bank application. This service is complimentary, and is subject to the banks approval.

The favorite bank we use is located in Belize, and offers the following:

• Secure Internet account access using SSL encryption and advanced digital security;
• Acceptance of checks or wires made out to the IBC name (no 3rd parties);
• 24/7 online account management - on demand statements, send wires, etc;
• Over 100 years of stable history, and many branches - but none located in the USA.

You will be required to provide the following personal documents:

1. notarized copy of your passport, or Drivers License
2. copy of a utility bill in your name to verify address;
3. lawyer or accountant reference letter;

Payment

We accept the following in order of preference:

• Bank Wire in USD, CAD, or EUR. in USA or Caribbean.
• Bank Draft in USD. CAD, or EUR.
• E-gold
• PayPal email transfer

The details will accompany the invoice we prepare and send by email as a secure PDF.

Delivery

IBC NAME SELECTION:  After receiving confirmation of your cleared payment you can pick an IBC name from our in stock Shelf IBC List, or at your option you can use our IBC Name Search Form for an IBC name of your own choice, although this adds 2-4 weeks.

We do not routinely deliver the original documents to a clients home or business address in North America. We receive them, then produce notarize copies, and return the originals in batches to the headquarters in Belize for safe-keeping. Contact us by phone if you wish to discuss a request for delivery of originals, a delivery fee will apply.

Upgrade

You can elect to upgrade without penalty to a higher package by paying the difference between the package costs. For example, to upgrade to a Silver IBC ( to get a  Nominee Director, a Nominee Shareholder, a Swiss bank and brokerage account, and more) is a $500 difference.

Support

Basic support is provided within the password-protected product directory. You will need an access code to enter, given with your confirmation email. Continuous support is available by email or Skype.

We recommend highly that you practice privacy in all your offshore dealings. We recommend a secure encrypted web-based email service like Hushmail.com, Mailvault.com, or Safe-mail.net, Hushmail is preferred by most.

Our top recommendation is to download the free software called Skype.com. It allows phone calls over a computer, conference calls, video, instant messaging, and file transfer - all fully encrypted. It has no webbugs, spyware, advertising, or other bad habits.

Maintenance

The first year fees are paid up for this calendar year; however, maintenance fees are due in the second year prior to January 31 in the total amount of $750 USD. This included the Incorporation fee, Registered Office and Registered Agent fees, and our basic support service. You are invoiced by email to the IBC's secure email account in December, with a reminder in early January and a warning in late January, after which penalties are added by the Government Registrar for late fees. IBCs pay our account.  by a free, private, and immediate internal transfer from their offshore bank account for our disbursement to all agencies. If the IBC change email addresses, it is your responsibility to contact us if we cannot contact you. Companies will be stricken if more than a year of penalties are added, and their bank accounts are closed.
